Once selected, click 'Add image' in the left menu, then choose 'Upload New Image' to browse your computer. Select your JPG or PNG file, preview your design, and add it to your cart when you're satisfied.

Start with one of our blank templates and use the simple drag-and-drop features to add text, images, and functional elements like QR codes and barcodes. If you prefer not to design from scratch, you can also browse our ready-made themed templates in our product catalog. Simply choose the product you want, select a themed design you like, and plug in your information. For custom needs, we offer professional design services where our team can collaborate with you to create exactly what you envision.

Yes! Click ‘Save as Draft’ to preserve your work in progress. You'll need an account to access your saved designs. Once logged in, you can find your drafts by clicking your name at the top of the page and selecting ‘Drafts’ from the dropdown menu.

Print-ready files should be high-resolution (at least 300 DPI), in CMYK color mode, and include a small bleed area. We accept PDF, JPEG, GIF, or TIFF file formats. Our system will notify you if your files don't meet printing requirements.

You can easily add a QR code by clicking on ‘Add QR Code’ in the left sidebar. You'll see a placeholder QR code appear on your design. Click on it to customize—you can enter a static URL or text, or use our Data Import feature to create unique QR codes for each item.

Your imported data is securely used to create personalized versions of your design. For example, if you import names and addresses, each printed item will have unique information while maintaining your overall design.

Most orders up to 5,000 items are processed within one business day. Larger orders (5,000-200,000 items) require 2-12 business days for processing, depending on quantity. For orders over 5,000 items, we recommend connecting with our customer service team for specific processing and shipping timelines tailored to your needs. You can reach them via live chat on our website or by calling 888-771-0809. After processing, your order ships via your selected shipping method. Processing begins immediately for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Please note we don't process orders on weekends or holidays.
